• Free Delivery anywhere in the Metro Manila area, however, if the recipient was not at home when we
    attempted delivery and we need to have it delivered again, there will be a $10.00 delivery charge.

  • Delivery Schedule:  Our delivery schedule is from 10am to 7pm, 7 days a week, Monday thru Sunday.  
    For customers requesting a specific time of delivery please email us at eSendGifts@sbcglobal.net and we
    will do our best to get your order delivered on time, however, we cannot guarantee the exact time of
    delivery.  Please allow for any problems there may be at the florist or gift shop where the flowers or gifts
    were ordered.  Also allow for any inclement weather conditions that may cause a delivery delay or
    cancellation due to the safety of the delivery driver.

  • Pre-Order:  Orders must be placed 2 to 3 days prior to your delivery date.  Your order must be placed
    prior to 10am CST for delivery in 2 days.

  • Delivery Address:  You must provide complete delivery address and phone number for the recipient.
    Failure to provide complete address and phone number may cause unexpected delay or non-delivery of
    your flowers or gifts order.  We will not be responsible for non-delivery because of wrong address, wrong
    phone # (specified by the buyers) or absence of the recipients.  We are not responsible for deliveries
    made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer
    assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O.
    Boxes or APOs.  

  • Product Availability:  Normally all our flowers or gifts are available and in stock. In case an item you
    purchase is currently unavailable at the time of purchase our customer service representative will contact
    you through phone or email and will wait for your reply before we process the order.  There are certain
    items that are only available in certain areas. If you mistakenly purchased those items, we will send you a
    tracking message through e-mail and we will be waiting for your reply before we process the order.

  • Contact Recipient:  We need to have all contact information (address, phone number, cell phone
    number) for the recipient. Our associate in the Philippines will try to contact the recipient before the
    scheduled delivery to make sure that they will be available upon the delivery of the order. For customers
    who are requesting to be anonymous kindly e-mail us at eSendGifts@sbcglobal.net with your Order ID as
    the subject and write your request to us. If you wish for us not to call your recipient you can send a
    request through email also but you have to make sure that your recipient will be available to receive the
    flowers or gifts. If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, the delivery person may place a
    message on the recipient's door to contact them for re-delivery or our associate in the Philippines will try
    to contact them for re-delivery.

  • Buyers Contact Information:  Provide all contact information (address, phone number, cell phone,
    work phone, etc.) so we can contact you if there are any questions or problems with the order or the
    delivery. We will work closely with you to make this a smooth transaction

  • Message Card:  Every order is provided with a message card. The message that is provided is by you
    and is free of charge.

  • Refund Policy: The only time we will refund your total payment is if it is determined that the delivery
    was not attempted even if the address was correct, the recipient or item is available, the order was placed
    before our cut off time or there is delivery service in the area.

  • Cancellation or Order Changes Policy:  If you must cancel or change an order send us a request for
    cancellation 4 days or more prior to the delivery date through email to eSendGifts@sbcglobal.net. Orders
    cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been ordered and are out for delivery, or if delivery has
    been attempted and cannot be completed because recipient is unavailable. The flowers or gifts have
    already been prepared and paid for so we cannot change the delivery time once it has been scheduled
    and we cannot refund your money if the recipient was not home once delivery has already been
    scheduled. Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct
    delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Confidentiality:  Sender and Recipient's information are kept strictly confidential by eSendGifts for
    future reference and to make shopping easy for returning customers. We assure you that customer's
    information is secure and not traded to other merchants.  

  • Payment Security:  When it comes to credit card transactions it is 100% safe and secure.  Once you
    have ordered you will automatically be directed to PayPal’s secure website where your credit card
    information is processed securely through PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
    or an eCheck to pay for your order.  eSendGifts will never have access to your credit card or bank
    account number. PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to send and receive
    payments online securely and easily using a bank account, credit card or stored PayPal balance. You don’
    t have to have a PayPal account to pay on PayPal.
